This is a completely custom plan that includes two sets of meal plans (what to eat, how much to eat, and when to eat), two different workout & cardio routines, other tips on nutrition in general, and official check ins every week.
When you sign up for your plan, a questionnaire email is sent to you that gathers all your info and helps me design your custom plan that’s tailored just for you.
There is no “one size fits all” plan and I take into account several factors to personalize your plan. Please email me back the questionnaire with your answers after your purchase so that I can begin making your program.
Throughout the 12 weeks, you have 24/7 email support and can ask any questions/concerns about your plan at any time.
My goal is to help you improve your health and body. I provide the motivation and guidance and you just follow the plan. If you follow the plan EXACTLY how I have laid it out for you, results are guaranteed. You will have the option to renew once the initial 12 weeks are over.
Can be used for bulking, cutting/toning, weight loss, and/or just overall health!
