Gerardi Performance Fitness Programs are delivered entirely as a digital product with no recoverability once it is delivered.  All products in the Gerardi Performance shop are shipped within 3-5 business days. While all products offered in the “shop” offerings from Gerardi Performance do have a 7 day return policy (ie. training bands, shaker cup, etc.) the Gerardi Performance Fitness Programs  (and their associated digital content), are non-refundable. Note that a 50% refund IS granted for the online personal training programs if 1. No programs have been delivered and 2. If the refund request is within 24 hours of the purchase.
